    iPhone 3G Applications problem?

    I just recently downloaded some free games on itunes for my iphone 3g, I had old games on my phone already. But now when i sync my phone, it won't download into the phone (as in it doesn't appear) as well as in the device mode in itunes, I cannot drag the icons nor can I uncheck any unwanted applications. (hope this makes sense...) any help?
