I have a 2008 Marin Larkspur and was thinking of putting narrower wheels on it. Does anyone have any idea how much something like this would cost?

Why do you want to get thinner wheels? Maybe thinner tires?

You can buy a road bike wheel set as cheap as $100 or lower on ebay or Craig's list for used.
