Well, i have had my lg rumor phone for a while now. My friends keep on saying that they keep trying to send me pictures but i can never receive them. I have no internet on my phone but i do have unlimited texting. When i try to send a picture to one of my friends an error message occurs. Do i need internet to receive and send pictures? please help!

It means that you dont have "Receive and send Picture Mail" on your phone. So thats the problem, plus you also need the internet to send and receive.
