Buying a new car tomorrow, 2010 Cadillac cts-v or a 2010 Nissan Gtr premium?

I have test drive both cars already and they all seem to have good speed and handling, but I'm worry about the maintenance/gas in the future. Also note to that I'll be using the car for weekend drive only about 5-15miles. I'm not marry therefore I have no need to worry about spaces. Also I don't race with these cars just to use around to cruise in the city.

Anyone own any of these two, would want to give me a head up about them?

I need reasonable answers; I don't want a bunch of answers that say pick this one.

If that is really going to be your usage pattern I think you're being rather foolish to buy a car at all. Weekend rentals can be surprisingly cheap and you may be able to negotiate an even better price on annual contract by guaranteeing to rent a certain number of weekends. It will cost you less than buying, you can choose a different car every weekend, and next year or the year after you'll be driving a new car rather than a two or thee year old one.

If you don't want to rent you should look into a lease with a low mileage limit.
