new puppy aggressive towards other dogs?

I just got a 9-10 week old bloodhound puppy. When we brought him home, I let him wander around outside and inside a bit to see his surroundings. We have a little dog, small beagle mix, that he sniffed noses with. He layed down next to the couch and when the little dog just walked by he jumped up growled and barked at her...a little while later we let our big dog, a chocolate lab, inside. The puppy growled and nipped at him. Also before we cae home we stopped at a friends house and their bigger, older, very friendly dog tryed sniffing him and the puppy ran from him,and growled at him. What can I do about this?

You need to take him to puppy socialization class. You need to teach him not to do this. You also may try hiring a trainer.
