Would a 2004 Ford Explorer with only FORTY NINE miles sound off any warning bells?

A friend said they found a 2004 FORD EXPLORER with only 49 miles (Yes, double digits NOT 49,000) for sale & considering buying it. Does this sound possible?

its rare, but it happens.remember it is still an older vehicle regardless of the miles.age will damage a vehicle.ive personally seen a 75 vette with less than 500 on the clock.i bought an 83 mustang gt in 1999 with like 68,000 on it.it had been stored for 12 yrs.
