Thread: My mother in law said?lol?

My husband and I went to church with his mother last night for a program and she hadn't seen him in a while and she started to cry,and she was saying things like my son has a wife,2 babies on the way,and she missed him.I started to cry a little bit as well because I felt like I had taken him from her..?Anyway,she was like look at my son,you're getting fat,your wife seems to be feeding you well.Lol,I was wondering,why is it that women tell their sons to marry a woman that can cook?..I've heard that alot and never knew why?Thanks

She might just be sad about how her son is grown and now she is going to be the grandmother and not the mom anymore.
