!BIG! Problem with my fish! help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

Ok so this is how it goes. A few days ago i walked in to my bedroom and found my fish without out a tail. I know sounds weird right. But i rang this fish place and they said, put in some rock salt.

So i did and it seems to be growing back. After a while my fish just stayed in the corner and wouldnt come out.

My aunty who is really good at fish keeping said is your filter on correct?
Turns out it wasn't coz it wasn't putting enough air out.

Now my fish is always on his side and not really moving( and at the top) i turned my filter of but he is still doing it.

I thought it could be swim bladder so i have put in peas the trouble is he isn't eating them. Now he has his nose down in the corner With his tail up. ARghhhhhh whats wrong with him. Please help!

What kind of fish is it? What size is your tank? Do you have test strips so you can test your water? How long have you had this fish?

Fish without a tail, I just think of a peaceful fish being in with a fish thats aggressive. Does he have tankmates?
