i really want slimmer legs before school starts in september....
i have been riding the stationary bike everyday this week, and am planning to do so until the end of summer....
will i get slimmer legs from this exercise?
i ride it 30 minutes everyday... on high resistance.. about 9-10.
i'm a 14 year old girl... 5'0 and weigh about 94 pounds.
are there also any recommended exercises to tone up the body/get slimmer or longer legs?
