I have been eating unhealthy for as long as I remember. My mom was never the "Betty Crocker" type and always worked, so even as children my brothers, sisters and I always ate processed, fast, or generally unhealthy foods. Thankfully, I have a great metabolism and I am still quite petite and "look" fit despite my eating habits. But I just worry about what its doing to my insides and my long term health as Diabetes and high blood pressure runs in my family. I know I can't change overnight, but I really want to change my habits. I'm quite picky. I don't really like veggies and I only eat beef and chicken. Does anyone have any tips?
