all purpose microfiber cloth and furniture wax to make it shine
Could someone chime in on the where/what/how/why of using a furniture product to clean a motorcycle?
That's two people now that say they use it and they can't be the only two. Where did this idea come from?
It's kinda like using wrench to pound a nail. Sure it'll work, but it's not the right tool for the job. You buy one of the most expensive brands of motorcycle on the planet and then cheap out on proper cleaner because "$7 is too much"? Interesting.
Wow.. I can't beleive that $7.00 is even a decision factor in deciding what to use to clean a Ducati.
I use Honda polish after every ride. Twice a year I use Grioit's Garage Best of Show Wax.
When I instructed with the Motorcycle Safety Council, we always suggested to use Pledge on the front fairing as it makes for easy clean up of bugs, etc. Personally I use Plexus for a dry clean and S100 for the full monty. I have had to put dialectic grease in the connections on my PS1000 as if I washed her with a lot of water, she's stop running for a few days until she dried out. Never had any problem with the 999 though.
I slam it thru the car wash...
sometimes I even get the ultra wash and it shines up my leathers real good
Rev it up pop the clutch and let that shit sail through!! Then try to catch it as it comes out the other side!
Mcguire's is GOOD stuff!!
i was just thinking about ghost riding it through
