editions? i know the first book, Twilight, came out as a collector's edition (with the slipcase, bookmark, ragged edges) but what about the other books?
does anyone know?

Stephenie published Twilight as collectors edition and I think she's going to end up doing the entire series like that but it will take a few years probably
