But that does NOT make it harmless. THC is chemically addictive and prolonged exposure can have lasting affects.
It may be the lesser of the evils but it is blatantly NOT harmless.

The goods of marijuana FAR outweigh the goods of even the legal substances. The cons don't even come close those of alcohol or cigarettes.
So says the pro-pot industry. What about the possible link between psychotic breaks and pot smoking that are just now coming to light? That's a pretty HUGE potential con to pot that's not true of alcohol or nicotine.
You like pot. I get that. But don't try to spread it around as some sort of harmless cure-all for what ails you because that's simply not the case. It's fairly addictive, the common method of consumption is a major cancer risk, it can lead to major health issues and it's just simply not as safe as people would like to believe.
It may or may not be as bad as other options, and people can and will argue those points for years to come, but that does not, in anyway make it "safe". Saying "It's not nearly as dangerous as alcohol" is a lot like telling me that bricks are heavy.
The dangerous of alcohol are not relevant in a discussion about the dangers of pot. Why? Because we're not discussing alcohol or pot alternatives. We're discussing the health risks of pot.
Agreed. But like many medications, it is in the amounts taken that dictates the difference between helpful and harmful. Methadone killed my sister, but they sure give that out like its fucking candy.

Fairly addictive? This is not about me liking pot, this is about FACTS and evidence. MAJOR cancer risk? Not hardly, dear sir. Major health issues? Wtf, dude?
Come back to me with articles on this "major risk" crap.
