Slack, drugs will only help if you get a good doctor to prescribe them. Just remember, deep breaths, water, etc. Do things you enjoy doing to keep your mind off of negative thoughts. Google what you're going through so you can get the best advice as fast as possible.
Showers are stress relief, believe it or not. Take a warm bath some time. Whatever you can do to relieve stress without complicating things, go for it. Just try not to think of whatever makes you panic. Distract yourself, but not in an OCD type of way.
