I have been trying to find this site for a few years.
I don't remember what the site was called- but of what I remember- it had a Neopets theme (Not Neopets.com) and involved the situation where each of the lands had been quarantined, and after achieving certain requirements the next land was 'unlocked'.

If anyone can tell me what the site address is- thank you very much!
I can verify that it wasn't Marapets, Powerpets or Neopets.
