If you liked the first one you'll love this one.
Definitly well worth a watch. Made european style spy thriller hip again.
After disappearing into his normal life Bourne has to come out of retirement so to speak to get his freedom back.

Am very much looking forward to seeing this; may even go to the cinema alone to see it if I can't pin my wife down! TBI is one of my favourite films - and I love Franke Potente: anyone sen 'Run Lola Run'?
I saw it last night. It was a great film. The direction involves a lot of movement with the old shaky cam so take a sick bag if you're prone to suffering from sea sickness...
I have one gripe with the film. Why hasn't it stuck to the book? I've trolled around the net and I still haven't found anyone talking about that fact. I loved the books and this particular one is set in the Far East with the kidnap of Marie causing Bourne to come back into action tracing Marie half way across the world where he gets forced into tracking down an assassin calling himself Jason Bourne.
Don't get me wrong, this film is great! The camera movements seem to add to Jason's quick decision making and growing desperation. I just don't understand why they abandoned the book completely. How can they still call it Bourne Supremacy?
Yes, 'Run Lola Run' is a fantastic film - she was also good in 'Anatomy' (2000). Perhaps you'd like to revive this old thread: http://forum.digitalspy.co.uk/board/...ad.php?t=87678
Various reasons as always (casting, budget, etc), although I think they were concerned on this occasion that the book was too similar to the first one and wouldn't translate as well to the big screen...

no but I wish for sky ..
I went this afto no scumbag kiRAB ....great ........about 2 others in ,lol lovely
I loved the simply life in Goa .................................................. .Oh My GOD......so wishing my my life was so simple .......teehee
Anyway it was a rehash of the 1st film ,ok for a chick/smooching film ......but if your an ex special forces guy you would be thinking why the CIA not got him ........but thats for us ex killers like reno / sas ones to discuss at other bbs
Saw this movie over the weekend and thought it was really good. I've read all of the books related to this movie and while they didn't stick exactly to the plot of the book (when do they ever) it was still really well done. Thought Matt Damon was well cast as Jason Bourne.
The car chase is excellent
The director ruined the film by trying to put the camera right into the action. At times it was hard to see what the hell was happening. The last car chase scene was brilliant though. Director really ruins the film.
Saw this last night (so I am a week late, still had to que up to get in though) An while I thought the story etc was really good, The damb camera work is REALLY ANOYING! JUST HOLD IT STILL, for goRAB sake so we can CONCENTRATE ON WHATS GOING ON.
The car chase rocks, reminded me of a game of Burnout on the PS2.
