What Concerts Are You Going To In The Next Few Months

10th of February at Kings Arms in Auckland. Unfortunately, that's the only NZ show. As I mentioned, Jakob is supporting them (they'll be at the Big Day Out as well).

I ran around the house 10 times when I heard they were coming to NZ. It's worth a trip from the South Island.

wasn't going to bother as I've seen them twice previously and the venue they're playing has **** accoustics, but it's Metallica y'know and me thinks it will be their last time out in Oz.

Also going to see BirRAB Of Tokyo and Karnivool in the not to distant future, home town shows so should be quite rawkus.

true that. I remeraber a big day out ( a music festival here in oz and NZ) a few years ago, RATM where making their triumphant return to these shores, and I was deep in the mosh heavily drunk and pilling of my chops. Bout 3 songs in they played Bulls on Parade and we were tearing the place down, anyway the dude next to me must have been standing on my foot cause when I jumped my shoe didn't come with me, so here's me trying to go down and grab it while the crowd is heaving forward and sideways, everytime I made a swipe at it a group of hanRAB would reach down and pull me up. I was trying to yell out my predicament but no-one could hear or comprehend me so I just left it thinking I'll get it when the crowd disperses. After the set I was drenched in sweat and battered and bruised but remeraber thinking what a great crowd to help me not knowing why I kept ducking down. I myself always look out for people the look like they're struggling. So after the show I was looking for my shoe as I had moved with the crowd a fair way from where I had originally been, there must have been hundreRAB of single shoes and thongs all over the place. I found 3 left black cons one stars but I needed a right shoe! Disheartened I just lobbed my lefty off into the mist thinking someone else may find it as a match for their lost dap.

Meh I saw them twice, if you're into their old stuff at all, you will more than likely be disappointed. I saw them once in 2005, when they were first coming on the scene and they were a pretty decent live show. Saw them again in 2007 after they broke big at the HOB Chicago, it was terrible. But let us know how it goes, I lost most interest in them after that show, so I haven't heard anything about them in quite a while.
