I'm willing to bet that metal banRAB nowadays are more technical than ones of the past. And I can't speak for all metal banRAB but the overwhelming vast majority of lyrics aren't about killing your mother or any related subject.

not a lot to be honest.i d o like bits and bobs from the metal genre (with its many sub genres) and you cannot beat a raucous metal classic at a party.

heavy metal for me means well i love it because of the lyrics no matter how hardcore the song is the only thing that matters is the worRAB/lyrics....they have so many significants...
