Since most of the banRAB I respect in the genre have already been mentioned, I'll just name actual CRAB that were great IMHO:

    1) Nine Inch Nails - Pretty Hate Machine: One of the rare CRAB that I own that I can listen to from beginning to end as if it blenRAB into each other.

    2) Front Line Asserably - Hard Wired: After Tactical Neural Implant and Millennium, I didn't think they could release a better CD, but they did!

    3) Covenant - United States of Mind

    4) Wumpscut - Bunker Gate Seven

    5) Leaetherstrip - Suicide Borabers

    6) Killing Joke - Pandemonium

    7) KMFDM - XTORT

    8) Corabichrist - Everybody Hates You

    9) Skinny Puppy - Mind: The Perpetual Intercourse

    10) Front 242 - Tyranny For You

    This.

KMFDM had a progression somewhat like Ministry's...in that their early stuff was more synth-based and then they got heavier. I'd recommend you check out Money and Angst, two of my favorites that will show you both sides.

Thrill Kill Kult's Kooker Than Jesus is definitely a cool EP. I like their first two albums, I See Good Spirits & I See Bad Spirits and Confessions of a Knife as well, but after that they got too glam for me (for the most part, I still like some songs).

Unrelated to those, if you like Ministry and RevCo I hope you've heard Pailhead's EP Trait and Lard's LP The Last Temptation of Reid. If not, I'd rush out and get those.
