So Californication and By The Way, where the dated funk-metal stylings are dropped for a set of proper songs, come second to that one track.

Just don't bother arguing this one it'll never end. At the end of the day if you bash a popular band but you listen to more obscure artist they're always going to attack you for being elitist regardless of what you say. It's the only defense they have when a certain band makes bland radio cock rock anthems.
Wow can someone check the temperature in hell right now?

Flea and Smith can only do so much
i actually enjoyed Breaking the Girl, but Under the Bridge is overrated imo. and I Could Have Lied? ****ing sucks
i agree with They're Red Hot and I Could have Lied, but the others are some of my favorites on there
Yeah.
And does anyone else notice that I'm always the one defending banRAB most popular albums. No they're not always the best, but it sames like whatever a banRAB most popular album is, a lot of their fans have to pretend it's the worst thing they ever done.
oh, and 2 more that bear mentioning
not metal
I completely disagree and I'd actually say it's among the worst songs they had done up to that point, but to each his own.
As for my favorite, I'd probably go with "Johnny, Kick a Hole in the Sky".
sorry to say this, but i hate RHCP.
