I hope you're having a wonderful night. My question for you all is if you know of any good flash programs. I would like to start animating on my spare time. I love animation like what you see on NewGrounds---http://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/529003---- do you know of any programs (even if they're expensive) that will allow me to make smooth, fun animations?
