i'm 5'7 and 121-123 lbs. i've gained about 5 lbs since the summer and i really want to get down to 110 lbs or less by spring break. but i'm always really busy and i hate exercise, so is it possible for me to lose that much weight in 3 months just by cutting back calories? i guess i'll be willing to run a couple of times, but i dont like anything other than running. also, whenever i eat, i get really bloated. even if it is a 0-calorie food, or even if i eat one thing, iget very bloated and then in the morning i'm back to normal. i googled this before but none of the answers were really relevant. anyway, please help, thank you
i know this isn't overweight, but i carry most of my fat on my thighs are hips so i want to lose it from there to look proportionate. if my weight was distributed evenly i wouldnt be trying to lose weight
