...does it make me heavier? Hi im in a diet for 1400 calories a day.. Plus i do elliptical loosing 500 calories a day. I drink alooooot of water n watch over the calories i eat. My question is ... Will i get heavier first then start loosing weight ? I mean does it count that im gaining muscle ? Becus i been doing this for a week.. I suppose to loose 2 lbs everyweek.. But instead i gain 3 lbs.. Im soo mad and confuse wat am i ruing wrong. Some tell me is my muscle then ill start loosig or start see results.. Is this true am i gaining muscle weight. I was never gaining before i started my exerxise i was always the same. Until now? Omg.. Im getting desperate.. Someone who knows please advisedd!!! Thansk!!
