i have dropped 20 lbs since newyears but i want to drop like 10 more... I've been doing a bit of running and walking. What else can i do? I'm a smoker, im trying to quit so it's hard for me to workout like i used to but still. .What can i do. I'm a guy by the way. should i lose this layer of chub before I try to get my six pack back or ??? haha
