im interested in people who go around and deliver junkmail....and have a few questions

1) do they wear a uniform or regular clothes
2) how do they carry all the mail, do they have a bag like a postman
3) how do companys ensure thier employees dont dump the mail rather than deliver it
4) how much do employees get paid? and do they get payed weekly/monthly?
