Go with Telus, it good, and it is cheaper. It is worth it. Telus is actually better than Fido from what I have seen.

    Is Telus or Fido better?

My Fido phone's touch screen recently died, leaving me with no phone in any way is it use able. In order to get a new phone with Fido, I would either need to find a second hand phone on Ebay or Kijiji, or buy a brand new phone from Fido- but all the phones are about $200 or more without a contract. Those are my only choices with Fido, but I was looking at buyiing a LG Voyager (VX10000) but since it's a CDMA phone and does NOT use a SIM card, I can't use it with Fido, but I can transfer to Telus and cancel my contract with Fido if I really wanted to.

The Fido plan I have now is:
    100 minutes a month
Free texting - unlimited (not including photo messaging)
    Free calling after 6pm
    Free weekends
    Voicemail & Caller ID & Call waiting - 10$ a month

So overall I'm payiing like $40-$50/month

The TELUS plan I'm looking at is:
    150 minutes per month
Unlimited calling after 6pm & weekends after 6pm
Unlimited outgoing and incoming text, picture and video messages3,4
Unlimited NATIONWIDE talk and text messaging with your 10 Favourite Numbers
Voice Mail 3, Call Waiting and Conference Calling

    For roughly 35$ a month

I would go with Telus just for that, but what about usage? Dropped calls? People tell me Telus is very reliable, but Fido has done me good so far! I just really want this phone, what do you think? Did you have a good or great/bad experience with either of the two?
