Hmm... as you predicted; still does not work.

The thing I can;t understand is that they are just .mov and .avi files. Some from this site work on TCMP and some don't. Like, look at this one for example (on the site listed below) ........ the one called "Georges Answer".

Any ideas on how to get in touch with the developer to see if he has any thoughts / ideas on this? Any other ideas out there?

mov, avi, mp4 etc are containers that hold the encoded sound and vision. The codec used to compress some of your movies is not supported (even though it may be called xyz.avi - all avi's are not the same! The codec is unlikley to be supported imho but you could try asking on the corecodec tcpmp forums...just google it. The main developer is Picard. HTH
