I am a junior, 16 years old, 6 feet tall and weigh about 145 lbs.
Now that summer has started, I got a nearby gym pass.
The thing is, I want to get toned and possibly a six pack by the end of the summer.
I used to work out a little bit before so I know the minimal basics.
I was wondering if anyone could be generous and kind enough to set up a routine or schedule for me so I can achieve my goal.
I am too poor to afford a trainer

Also, I heard of using creatine or other substances.
Please give me a guideline on what supplements I should buy and how to use them.

I need details because I am an amateur!
