I heard that in England people will not be able to drive until they are 21 if they are born after a certain date ... is this true?
If so do you know the date?

Yes; I heard that if you were born after December 1st 1989 will be required to wait until you reach the age of 21. It's all due to the rising costs of insurance and the death toll with the young. Not to worry; you can still get a provisional license which will permit you to drive only with someone over the age of 21 with a drivers license. However; if you operate without that adult in the vehicle you will lose your permission to drive for life.. Plus; when ever you are driving you will be required to display a oversize license plate to denote to everyone that you have less than two years driving experience..
