Thread: How can I fade and reduce stretch marks?

I was very overweight as a teenager. As a result my entire upper body (chest, stomach, sides, and back) is covered in stretch marks. I have lost most of that weight but the stretch marks remain. Are there any creams or topical solutions that can help fade and minimize these stretch marks? I hope someone has some good advice. These stretch marks are embarrassing and very unattractive.
