We just bought this TV yesterday. It's the sharp aquos quattron 60 inch LCD-LED 240 Hz model. Netflix was working fine yesterday. But today, it isn't working. Whenever we open netflix, it says "cannot connect to netflix at this time, please try again or go to www.netflix.com/tvhelp". I went to that website, and it didn't help at all. In our TV's internet settings, it says that it is connected (with weak connection, but still connected) but netflix keeps giving the same message. What should we do?
