FEMA Camps. What is your opinion? Serious question, please no dumb comments (unless you must). Why do you think these camps exist, with High Barbed Wire Fences, Boxcars, Apparent Shackles on the Boxcar Walls, Apparent Watchtowers and Why is the Cost so expensive, when so many people are in Need of help?
