I got a new BlackBerry in August but now I want the iPhone. I'm not eligible for an upgrade though, is there anything I can do? I don't want to pay the full $500 retail price. I'm willing to extend my contract obviously. Could I tell them that my BlackBerry isn't working? Because it actually does restart itself every once in a while. Some days a lot. Or would they just send me a new BlackBerry?

Any help would be appreciated.
