I need to buy a Scooter for my sister.
What i actually wanted to know is that should i buy a vespa LX125 or An Activa ???
I need to know the pros. and cons. .

I have a 15 year old Sister and Next Year She is Getting a learner's license so i decided to gift her a scooter before she gets 16 because i wanted her to practice before she applies for a learner's license.

Height is 5'2
Weight s 45 kg

NOTE : My father also wanted to buy a Scooter like Activa or Vespa .
