Your body will go into starvation mode. You won't lose nearly as much weight as you might imagine. You may lose 5 or 10 pounds. I used to be anorexic. Once you drop to an outrageously low number of calories, the body starts storing all the fat.

Have you lost a lot of weight recently? Is this your first go at trying to lose the 20 pounds? If you drastically change your eating habits (without severe calorie restrictions), you will drop about 5 to 10 pounds in the first two weeks. After that, you can lose about 2 pounds a week if you consume approximately 1100 calories and exercise regularly. You could lose about 15 to 18 pounds this way, theoretically.

But seriously, restricting that much won't help the pounds come off as quickly as you might think.

    Eating 300- 500 calories a Day ?!?

I know it's really unhealthy, I'll gain it all back and might end up hospitalized etc..

But if I were to eat 300-500 calories a day for 1-2 months
how much weight would I lose ?!

Oh & I'll go bike riding for 30 minutes

    I weigh 144 and I'm 5'3
I wanna lose 20 pounds before June 22

PLEASE don't tell me how it's unhealthy
    just a rough estimate..

    & I went on a 34 minute walk
So far I ate 175 calories..

Firstly..you don't need to eat that little :S. That's called a crash diet and yes you'd gain it all back once you start eating normally. All you need to do is limit the amount of fat you eat and eat more protein. The average daily caloric needs for a person is 2000. So if you want to lose weight you'd only need to deduct about 500 off that.
