Cold wedding day breakfast buffet?

I am trying to figure out what to add to our wedding day breakfast menu. We want things that can be done ahead of time and don't need to be served warm. We already plan on muffins, bagels, croissants, danishes, and banana breads. About 75 people will be attending and I don't feel like I have enough for choices. What can I add?

that is not a breakfast buffet, it is called a continental breakfast. that is, a very light breakfast.

you are planning on offering...muffins...to 75 people????

why arent you having any hot food? that is a little harsh.

at the very least you would include smoked salmon, sliced breads, maybe a seafood and other salads. some sliced honey baked ham, and, a way to make sandwiches out of it.

you would have plates of sliced melon and other fruits.

you would have orange juice, coffee and all the fixings for coffee, bottled water, and maybe even a grapefruit juice and glasses for all of these juices.

the things you are listing make your 'breakfast' sound like a list of things you plan on picking up at a donut shop.!
