I think she killed herself.
I mean, hell, she was taking some kind of "pill" could have been "anti depressent" she just cheated on her boyfriend who probably DUMPED her for it, and she has an EX best friend, and her neighboor looks at her oddly and points at her. I'd kill myself too.

First you didnt explain the time of day. But ill go with in the afternoon since her ex-boyfriend was having a few friends over. Well it is usually natural to do your garden during the day and pick up your mail but ill give you an explenation for each one cause hey they might all be in on it together.
It was morgan because 1 her garden could be in the back of the house so no one could see her.
It was Anna because getting your mail only takes a few moments she could have been in and out in under 3 minutes.
It could have been her ex-boyfriend because there could have been a time where he was missing for a few minutes and no one could find him.

Anna she was the closest and she isnt a people person so she shouldnt have had mail unless it was bills and even if so she could have killed kisten and left out the window and just go get her mail.
Unless it was her ex because he said he had friends over. He couldve went into the kitchen or something ran two blocks and then go back home.
