Thread: "Love is the Law, Love under Will." Who is Will?

The will is the driving force behind the actions, thoughts and words of man. It is said man is driven by one of either four wills.

The first and highest in the mind, intellect, led by reason, understanding, logic and truth.

The second is the will of the heart, led by love of peace, humanity, the world, of reason, and the pursuit of liberation.

The third is the loins. The will of ardour, driven by hunger, greed, lust, the sins and a desire for gratification in whatever form.

The fourth, lowest and worst is being driven by an external, contrary and usually adversarial will. This is the pervading evil will utilising man as so much dross and pawns in its battle against good and the godly. Man has no realisation or awareness of self and what is in his personal long term best interest, of his spirit. The sins embody this fourth will.

Mankind's need to conquer and thereby master his will and be driven by reason and love is his task in life. Awareness of this is vital to the attaining of this nirvana and ultimate freedom.

You mean "WHO'S will". It's the will of God.

Who ever he is, someone is apparently under him.

I thought it was "Love is the Law, Love is the Bond"???

And could it be the guy from Good Will Hunting? ^_^
