When is the best time is to get accurate test results for all sorts of common STDs in terms of time since last exposure? For example, the supposed window period for getting tested for HIV (would like more information about this).

How accurate would STD testing be 25 days (4 weeks) after possible exposure for the following:

- HIV
- Chlamydia
- Gonorrhea
- Hepatitis
- Herpes

I've gotten tested for the above 25 days after my possible exposure, and all came back negative, but I am concerned that these may be false negatives. What do you think? Please provide statistics and facts if possible!

Thanks
