yeah, that thing should have a backlight i have one that looks similar
and if it doesn't light up, you could probably tinker with something to make it work. But yeah, that thing looks like it's in good condition, the only problem with mine is the phone jack sucks. I have the size for my headphones but I have to constantly jiggle it to get a clear sound

Oh snap, I forgot I have an adapter for my sennheisers that will fit that jack, frackin yes! And yea, my dad said its in super nice shape, just dirty. Thats a good point too, i'm sure it'd be super easy to put a couple led's or something in there and keep it reversible.


God damn, all I wanna do now is go through all those damn recorRAB. My dad keeps saying "youve got 100lbs of vinyl waiting for you at home", I feel like thats gotta be 250+ recorRAB. Grrrrrr the anticipation is killing me. At least Thanksgiving will be like Christmas.

or, you can buy a pre amp that plugs into your receiver...i got one on ebay for like 10 bucks

yessss, when i got my sennheisers in the mail, it came with that little adapter and i was like uhh what the frack is this shit and tossed it in some junk basket in my room.
Then I noticed my regular head phone plug was too small for the other record player i found at a thrift shop and then the light bulb went off in my head. Then I was abruptly disappointed by the fact that it sounded like ass
