Thread: Do Republicans want the stimulus plan to fail?

there are some i'm sure do- but not all... and those who want the failure call themselves patriots, "real americans," and mavericks... kinda sad and immature to want nothing more then to say "i told you so."

I don't want the legislation to pass, because it is a bad idea that is being proposed to fix another bad idea.

Most republicans spent more than 145 days in the senate(unlike our beloved president) and they also look at history to see what works. This bill will not work, anytime the government tries to throw tremendous amounts of money at a problem, it has not worked. Not to mention this is wasting honest tax payers money on spend thrift, social programs, which in no way contribute positively to the economy.

Hell yeah I want it to fail. I don't give a damn about votes and all that other happy horse crap, I care about it being the wrong damn thing to do.

It will put us in debt and increase our taxes and our children's taxes for life.It already has failed !

Republicans want the whole country to fail. They want to blame everyone else, democrats especially, for the DISASTER they have caused. Republican policy has run America into the ground and dragged the entier world into the pit.They were VOTED OUT of office in a landslide because they ruined the economy, and now think they can sit there and dictate and criticize. They have NO CREDIBILITY in the area of fiscal responsibility. Period.They need to sit down and shut the eff up.
