The scene in Apocalypse Now where the bull gets slaughtered,:cry: really makes me feel queasy, I just can't watch it.
Taxidermia - so many scenes. Particularly one of the last scenes where the main character practices taxidermy on himself.
I tried.....but I got to the bit where she gets dozens of needles out, and off it went!
probably the scenes from sleepers in the prison, horrific to watch even without any specific graphicness.
For me it was when I saw 'La Cabina' on BBC2 about 20 years ago. Its a Spanish film about a man trapped in a phone box. You can watch it all on YouTube here:

More recently I agree that Audition was very shocking.
