    ok, you need to drink more water. use a facial scrub/cleanser every day, and if u wear alot of makeup- give ur skin a break by either not using as much, or none at all for a while.
    try a mask specifically targeted at dry skin, and if ur out in the sun/snow, wear sunscreen as well as ur daily moisturizer.
    also, u could try rubbing some good olive oil into ur skin. thats helped alot of my friends actually. i use it on my hair as a mask...
    and oranges, tomatoes and beetroot is good for ur skin, so put more of tha in ur diet

    You could buy really good moisturiser for your skin and wash it in good bubble bath or something.. or simple cover it up so noone can see it haha lol

    lotion and oil lotion and oil until the cows return home.
