Sure emo's are nice people... but you are whining and craving attention right now... That's the point of this whole question

I understand that with life there is good and bad. Once you understand life there is nothing to be depressed about. It is what it is, but you do have the ability to make decisions that will better your life.

Seriously. What I'd like to know is this: Do the people who actually admit to being "emo" really think it's a statement, look, attitude they'll still have by say, 30?

i aint got nout against emo's but what pain hav u actually got. i mean really!!!

im probs in mor shit than u can even think of. i work all week and dont actually get to keep near enough any of my money due to bills.

im a 20 year old with a one year old son.

I think thats a lot more pressure than what most emo kids moan about.

Your a young teenager, stop feeling so depressed about fcuk all and have a good time. u'll realise in the future that uv been a dumb s h i t being upset over nothin and u'll regret it.

Ignorance!!! I admit I am a little disturbed by the emo appearence. We fear what we don't understand, or what's different than the social norm! Keep being you though...emo haters are just dang ignorant!!!

People who willingly classify themselves, and knowingly categorize themselves are people who are just looking for acceptance. Everybody is depressed and everybody deals with it in different ways, you dont have to be an emo to be depressed, in fact you don't have to ve anything. What you should be doing is trying to live your life and live it by your terms, if you want to lump yourself in with the rest of the herd thats fine, willingly become a number if it makes you happy. Otherwise sit up and try make something of yourself. Whining and calling yourself and emo is not constructive, wondering why people pick on you is not constructive. There is nothing you can do about the way people treat you, silly confrontations like this just make people want to do it more becasue you need realize yourself you cant depend on others to define you if you do well...then you are lost. Asking people not to pick on you is pathetic, you want people to stop? Try holding your head up once, try accomplishing something, sitting in a corner being sad isn't constructive...that's just feeling sorry for yourself.
