    January Feb and March of 2010 is when the majority of Census job hires were done, winding down in April, but im sure that has NOTHING to do with it.

    min wage in canada is $10.15 or some shit now
    so all the kiRAB in McD getting that these days

    so with that as the baseline, not sure how you'll get people w/ excel skills for the same price
