Wow, what a relief! I was kinda worried that the boys growing into adults would ruin the show, but it's nice to know they're still teens.
This is BIG news!
I'm surprised TZ hasn't reported on this since MTV confirmed it themselves today.

and Mike Judge is with'em once again, as far as the new episodes go it's likely they will ignore the series finale and make'em stay in high school as long as possible
Thoughts? :radda:
That link didn't work for me.
Try this one. =)
Awesome news!
On a related note, are the three DVD volumes worth picking up? They're as low as $10 now on Amazon, but I've heard there are edits and alterations and such. I know many of the music video sequences had to be removed because of rights issues, but are they still worth getting even with whatever other changes there are?
All I can say is welcome back, Beavis and Butt-head.
Ignoring the series finale shouldn't be too hard; B&B were never tight on continuity, anyway. I mean, Daria was there even after she got her own spinoff and moved away.
No, MTV did not confirm anything. "sources" at MTV confirmed it. I wrote an article already but am unsure if I should post it since we don't post rumors, and we don't know who these "sources" are.
I already posted a thread about this in the General Animation Discussion forum, it's been there for over a week.
This is pretty big news, does this make Beavis & Butt-head the first animated series with the longest lag time between old and new episodes to get revived?
The last ones aired in 97, it's been 13 years wow!
