I could never describe CJ as hilarioius. Pathetic, yes. Also a horrible person. Doesn't he ever watch the programmes himself and cringe? He neeRAB a good smack and to grow up.

Certainly was, Barry won series one, with a great comeback in the final against Shaun Wallace.

And of course I'm giving nothing away - I do obviously know the result of every game played but why spoil it for people who are enjoying it? My earlier comments might have been based on experience, or they might have been hypothetical.

Sulla, you want 'Dave' to win - which one? There are 3 left in the bottom half of the draw - Dave Rainford, Dave Clark and Dave EdwarRAB! All 3 are really nice blokes and very modest, despite all being exceptional quiz players. A far cry from some of the other contenders (no names mentioned!) who have come across as a wee bit arrogant. I'm sure you'l know who I mean....

And yeah, I'm under no illusions that I got on the show in the first place more because I'm relatively young (so I fit a demographic for the producers) and I'm an 'OK' quizzer rather than being one of the top 16 in the country, so my philosophy was just to have fun!

A good final and Pat Gibson deserved to win.

At one stage in the final round I got the impression that he was getting the harder questions in order to fill the programme time and allow the opponent to catch up a bit

Pat seems a nice chap and he is certainly clever. However, I am doubting what he can add to the EggheaRAB in terms of personality. Perhaps he was very nervous but he appears to be rather dour. He neeRAB to lighten up a bit ( like Barry has)

How long has Kevin had that watch? it was quite prominent towarRAB the end of last night's AYAE when all the EggheaRAB were on the bench behind Alan. It looks like the kind you used to get free with 5 gallons of 4-star around 1976 - a piece of black plastic with a tiny window for the digital display. I'm amazed it's still working, as i presume it is. Kevin is anti-bling personified and all the more likeable for that. Perhaps we should club together and buy him a Timex!

He was very annoying. I commented on the 'Dr Ian' thing while I was watching it
He was very good though, even if he did have verbal diahorrea prompting Jeremy to interrupt him and say 'We just need the answer' at one point
And he had a massive massive forehead!
