Auto OpenAll won't work on this phone. You should use midlet like px75v1 or ViperGSM. You need this couse otherwise you won't have SKey, that is needed here. There is another way to upload SKey to phone but doesn't matter. Anyway you have to do this point.

I'm trying to unlock S65 version 50 using papua V0.7.5 and as i don't have original cable, i've entered HASH and ESN manually but papua couldn't calculate SKEY ans HWID (S65=323)..

any idea what could be wrong here ?

Yes solution with 15k resistors (like Chris02 says) work 100% ....

If you connect it wrong it will shows "please connect accessory"...

Yes, in this model px65v4 and px75v1 don't work, but px65v5 is working. Tested today!

Papuas is a brute force calculation (Truely verification). It should find Skey and Bootkey for correct input data.

Maybe you forget to inverse the id 87F30495 should be esn 9504F387.
With this hypothesis you should have

BootKEY: 09C87EC6E22B41CDAF11A86BEC5E7689
SKEY: 47715273
