walmart has a pretty strict ban on overtime. most employs work less than 30 hours a week. so no. also, those looks like targets

It is still extra work that had to be done which means extra hours for someone. Its the law to pay overtime does not matter if walmart has a "ban" on it lmao

Too difficult of a concept to understand? walmart is still paying extra money to employees that it otherwise wouldn't have weather it is time and a half of not. Its good for the economy

yeah I believe they keep a lot of their workers under 40 hours to keep them part time so they dont have to give them any benefits.
