African Dwarf Frogs require 5 gallons to themselves. That being said, in a species-only tank, I might put three in there? But really, two is your best bet. Especially if it was a male and a female...

You could probably keep 6. Ill email you the care tips!
lol an ADF does not need 5 gallons each. You can keep 6 in that 10 gallon tank without a problem. Be sure to use a nice, low flow filter (air powered sponge and box filters work perfect), provide lots of decoration and hiding spots in the tank to simulate a natural environment, choose a fine type gravel or sand, not big gravel or pebbles. Feed foods like bloodworms and brineshrimp, or a soft pellet meant for them.
I have a 10 gallon fish tank with 2 platy in it. I want to add a few african dwarf frogs. Once I get my African dwarf frogs I am going to switch my platys to my 46 gallon tank. How many african dwarf frogs can I have in a 10 gallon tank? And if you can give me a few care tips I would love that!! Thanks!
